John,
Your Traffic Secrets course is superb and I really thank you for the opportunity to be able to promote it to my people.
My talks at all of the Internet Summit's around the World are on search engine optimization, and I don't usually promote other people's products to my list.
Why did I promote your course? Simple!
Because you phave produced the goods... you don't fill the course with hype... you talk as a straight-shooter and are not full of "crap" (as you'd bluntly put it).
Hope to meet up with you soon, and I'm already looking forward to your next product release!

My course should arrive on Friday, but I am looking forward to digging into it and moving forward with the information.
Thanks John for "investing in us"

John,
I have bought many packages over the last two years and this course is the one I am looking forward to the most. Your over delivery is much appreciated and is to be commended. Thank you for pumping me up to get going again!

How do you set up an A B split test, so the two pages work to sends every other guest to each site?
If this is in the "traffic secrets" coures let me know. I order a week ago and it has not been sent yet.

Hi John,
Unfortunately I was not able to make the call - but you have no idea how much I wanted to!
I'm hoping you have some of these calls during the evening in the future... but whatever works best for you of course. :) Either way I'm looking forward to hearing the taped call from today.
p.s. luvin' the Traffic Secrets package. I'm on DVD #3 now and the clouds are parting for me... many things are becoming MUCH clearer now. :)
p.p.s. we discovered the truth about how you create Traffic Secrets and it's "on news stands now!" (see link below). ;)

To the other Steve...
re: A/B split testing. John does talk about A/B split testing in the DVDs although I can't confirm whether it's covered in the CDs as well.
..and in regards to your order, I *just* got mine yesterday and had ordered within 24 hours of its release (iirc) so hang on tight; I imagine it'll be in your hands soon! :)
Best of luck,
-Steve Gill
p.s. it'd be nice to have a members-only forum to discuss Traffic Secrets stuff... possibly set up JVs, help each other out etc...
Posted by: National Enquirer | August 25, 2004 02:38 PM
Thank you Steve Gill for the answer.
That is a good idea to have members-only forum.
Thank you,
Steve

John,
Great advice and comments about assets and how critical having and knowing your results is.
Thanks for making it so clear and simple. My only question, is what kind of AB Testing product, do you recommend? Or do you have one that you sell?

Good Morning John,
I attended the first call today and I can't wait to get my package! This course is sounding like it's just what I need and I really appreciate your personal touch with the teleconference to give us the overview of your product.
I took a lot of notes. Some of the strategies I have used; many of them, I need more info about.
I'm looking forward to ploughing through all the information!
Posted by: Patricia Winston | August 25, 2004 02:56 PM
John,
Thanks for your generous commitment to helping us use YOUR expertise to put the information you've sent to us to work. Many other vendors simply dump the materials at our feet and leave us to build everything on our own.
You're giving us a process, and showing us how to implement it. This is more than what most vendors provide, and its much appreciated.

John,
Awesome Call! I'm a hard-headed direct mail guy who's finally getting into the online world.
It was a revelation to hear you describe the gradual process of getting 100,000 links into my sites. I literally never thought of generating that many links INBOUND.
It was also great to get the 'refresher' on research. I had been overlooking that single most important aspect of marketing a product.

Great call! The analogy of conducting market research like a criminal detective is great. I am not sure I have ever really walked in the shoes of my target prospects. This should help me to do so.
Posted by: Bob Jennings | August 25, 2004 02:58 PM
John,
I got a lot out of every point you made:
* validators
* momentum
* gradual improvement
* give yourself a pay raise every week
* metrics
* visitor value
* the homework assignment
* sacrificing early profits
* results=assets
* four assets for your business - content, email lists, incoming links, and relationships
I'm not kidding -- it's ALL good!
The one breakthrough idea for me was that results - no matter what they are - are valuable assets. I've never heard it expressed that concisely and powerfully before.
GREAT added-value benefit, John. People are lucky to be in this class -- including me!
Thanks,
Cheers,

Great call. Very low FLUFF factor, which is unusual.
I enjoyed hearing about the concept of starting small, and building momentum with small incremental improvement. Kind of a reality check.
I also enjoyed the 5 assets all net businesses have. I knew about them, but hadn't thought of them as "assets".

John,
Thanks for doing the first call. I think my biggest takeaway from this call relates to what Earl Nightengale called the Magic Word, "Attitude."
As a group, your positive attitude and enthusiasm will help propel us all forward, i.e. "Momentum," and will be instrumental to our success.
As an aspiring entrepreneur and soon-to-be information marketer, I look forward to implementing your "Traffic Secrets" program as a cornerstone of my overall promotion and marketing strategy.
Thanks again!

Great to see someone continue to "over deliver"
even after they have the money in the bank!
Two big things I've taken out of this call...
1. The technique of holding customer-focused
teleconferences as opposed to just prospect-oriented calls - not many (if any) marketers
doing this.
2. A reminder on studing "the math" behind our
businesses. You were so right about continuing
to build momentum by continually studying cause
and effect.
Look forward to also hearing which split test
software you recommend.
An issue I have had with split test software in the
past is that they usually mandate you change your
.html page to a .php page which screws up the
search engines - all of a sudden your main index.html disappears and you lose months of
search engine work.
Need a good split testing script that doesn't force
us into such a change.
Cheers...

John,
I bought your Traffic Secrets package within the first 18 hours but it has not arrived yet (reschedule by UPS). Your teleconference call today was extremely uplifting for me. I have not been able to get any real traction in my business and I'm hoping your course will be the motivation and incentive I need to put fire into my veins. I'm very excited about the future business I will enjoy as a result of your inspiration and teaching.

John great to hear you on the call, I am interested in learning more about the outsourcing. I have not received my course yet so I don't know if you provide a list of outsourcers for the various tasks that you have performed, but that would be very helpful.
Also, I am very interested in learning where to find people to write content inexpensively.
Thanks,

AWESOME call, John. The lightning that was striking in the background is an omen to what you shared and what's to come ... Because of lot of what you share so graciously will be exaclty like that -- a flash of insight, inspiration and ideas to propel our businesses. And more importantly, a good jolt to "move our butts" into action.
Posted by: Michel Fortin | August 25, 2004 03:03 PM
John,
One thing that really hit home for me from the call was your comment that 'managing your business doesn't make money, marketing your business makes money.'
Coming from corporate America I had been focused on managing. That's probably why I haven't been making the kind of money I plan to make with the help of your course.
Thanks

Hi John and everyone who bought the course.
I hav'nt got mine yet as Im in th UK but can't wait to get it.
I am quite succesfull all ready with affiliate marketing promoting other peoples products and services but I had my fire re-ignited today on the call about the relationships with others online. Just this one thing made the call worthwhile to me. Networking is nearly evreything in this business. (If you want to be a huge success like John)
Look forward to working together and seeing all you newbies and seasoned marketers do really well over the coming months.

Posted by: Earl Lear | August 25, 2004 03:08 PM
John,
I appreciate the enthusiasm and reminders that I don't have to be perfect (ever) and have every duck in a row at the beginning...but to just start doing things with gradual improvement.
Oh, and while I understand what I hear, see the reasoning, and look forward to using it...I am not super far along in this world so am not clear on prioritization. My package hasn't arrived yet so maybe that will help but I do think a place for those a bit closer to the beginning end of the spectrum would be good too.
Thanks for everything, I'm excited!

John -
Great call today. I took several pages of notes.
Some of the key ideas I got were to build momentum through gradual improvement. Testing and tracking. Know your metrics (like visitor value) and use split-testing to improve conversion. Give yourself a pay raise every week. Even if your traffic remains constant, you're conversion ratio should improve and you're
building a list. The 4 primary assets of internet marketing: content, email lists, incoming links, and relationships. And use leverage like outsourcing to leverage other people's time (OPT) which allows you to focus on more important, revenue-generating actvities. I look forward to the next call.

John,
Thanks for the call today. I have not yet received my Marketing Secrets program, but It supose to be here this afternoon.
I am realy looking forward to getting into all the things in the program.
Your idea of a place for newbies to go to is one that I as an Ol'Codger, who is just starting in this massive internet marketing concept would greatly appreciate something like this.

John,
Absolutely Astounding! ... And at a reasonable hour over here in the UK, which is a refreshing change! ;0)
You have re-iterated the old adage, "Keep It Simple Stupid!" [Simplicity is clearly the Key online too!]
Got the package yesterday evening, and haven't slept since! (I thought this was 'Traffic Secrets' NOT 'Motivational Secrets') - You've managed to pack a whole lot in, and I'm only half way through your course!
Thanks so much for your help John, it's very much appreciated.

I can't wait to get the course. One thing I liked about the first conference call is the tip about not telling people what you're doing online. I made that mistake once and now I'm very careful because the niche I'm in is small but it is generating $3,000 a month for me after 7 months. I created the information products myself. So, besides PPC costs, and other website related expenses, about $2,500.00 a month is profit. One thing I haven't been doing enough is "sacrificing early profits" to build my business faster. So, I'm going to put most of the profits back into the business to build my Momentum (as you said was important) faster. Thanks for the tips. They may seem unimportant, but they aren't. I can see my business jumping to $20,000.00 a month in another 6 months with your information.
Posted by: Bob Rossignol | August 25, 2004 03:13 PM
John,
Here are some key things I got out of today's call (thank you! It was a great introduction):
- The real POWER comes from doing everything together: driving traffic from multiple places, using multiple technologies, and leveraging what others have done by becoming a part of a larger network
- It's ok to start where you are and then gradually improve; use metrics (validators, A-B Split tests, results) to see your progress
- Get inside your prospect's head so you can anticipate other places to market, other things to sell them, other places to go for joint ventures
- It's ok to sacrifice early profits as long as you continue to improve so that you eventually break even and then begin to make a profit; it's important to keep track of your progress.
- J Paul Getty said he'd rather have 1% of 100 people's efforts than 100% of his own; this is how the rich think; leveraging other people's assets; so develop relationships and build out your distribution network
- Focus your time where it will pay you the most: marketing; you can outsource things you don't have time for or don't like to do to others. This creates a win-win for the universe.

Hi John,
Great Call!!
You made a comment, in passing, about visualizing
where you want to be and seeing yourself there.
This is what holds a lot of people back. We all
want to make money, pay off our debts and have
some of the good things in life.
But we find it hard to visualize ourselves
getting out of debt and having all the things
we want. Therefore, we are defeated before
we start because we don't believe that we
deserve it.
I have forgotten this, until you mentioned it at
the end of the call.
I just wanted to bring it up to let people know
that we all deserve the good things in life.
So, hopefully, I have gotten this point across
and that it helps everyone believe in themselves
enough to follow the Traffic Secrets course.
As yet, I haven't received the course. Probably
because I live in Ireland and the distance that
is involved. But, I can't wait to sink my teeth
into it.
I have enjoyed the call and am looking forward to
future calls.
All my best,
Tony Farrell

John,
As always you over deliver and show a true passion for this business and the people who place their trust in you with their hard-earned dollars.
People, listen to John. I have applied many of his techniques on two niche market products that went from just over break-even, to over $1000 a month profit. I'm not in the "week-to-week" improvement stage yet, but I am giving myself a raise "month-to-month" as he teaches.
I was one of the people who commented to you at the workshop about the value of the Outsourcing Session. I am going to get that DVD in my player first tomorrow. I need a reminder and another kick in the pants.
I am a *fool* for not following through on this enough. As we talked, I charge an hourly fee to clients for my services. I have managed to shed a lot of the negative clients in this area and I have hired people already for a number of tasks I had planned to do myself, but I have not found the courage (aka "b*lls") to go all the way like some of my colleagues I connected with at the workshop. I soon need to shed even my best clients to truly gain leverage and focus on marketing my products, not selling my time which is limited and a ball-and-chain around my neck.
Thanks for this reminder, John. God Bless.
A loyal & grateful student and colleague,
Bob Regnerus.

John,
Thanks for putting such effort into making sure your students become successful. It's a rare treat to find someone willing to do this. It certainly adds great benefit to the package!
A special members only forum is a terrific idea.
I missed the first part of the call today as I had appointments and didn't know about it until a few minutes after it started. Can you please give us a few days' notice in the future? That would be helpful. I hate to miss your good stuff.
And good stuff it was! You gave some very good tips during the teleseminar, but the best one was quite subtle...posting comments to your blog. It's brilliant! Not only do you get the questions asked very efficiently and so that you will surely be able to understand them, but you also gather tons of testimonials and build your traffic at the same time! What a great idea. My hat's off to you.

John,
I just got my package late yesterday and have only just marveled at the contents. Have not had a chance to dive in yet, but plan to starting today. I was on the call...missed the first fifteen minutes due to unforseen circumstances.
I work during the day...normally am not home at this time..but a sprained ankle opened up the opportunity to get in on call.
It was eye opening to hear so many of the solutions to mistakes I have made in my short time in Internet Marketing.
I especially was struck by your four main assets section and the idea of building slowly and not trying to make a million a month. Too many marketers confuse the new person with all the hype that "with this program this time next month you'll be conducting business from a beach in Aruba."
I think this approach tends to cause the new person to go off in sixty different directions when they don't make that million..they jump from program to program and become confused and have what I like to call IADHD (Internet Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). I know I am a slowly recovering victim of IADHD.
But I now know all those mistakes can really be assets...great information John.
Looking forward to next call and working on my target customer profile...I always wanted to be a profiler...this is a bonus.

John:
I competely 'backed' into the Internet Marketing business by starting in Real Estate Investing...I attended a seminar in Tampa, FL (I'm from CT) in May, and a piece of that seminar was devoted to Internet Auctions. I spent a BUNCH of money at the seminar on Real Estate courses by some top people. I'm still planning on continuing there, but I purchased an Ebay Auction course. I got to see affiliate marketing first-hand (finally figured it out), because from that course, I was introduced to some really great Internet Marketers, not the least of which is YOU!
The one thing I always found with the courses...You get good information...then you're kind of out there on your own. THANK you for the call, and for the way you have the course designed to give us objectives and signposts!
I'm an old police sergeant looking to retire soon, and I can tell you, you folks have made it possible for an old dog to learn new tricks! THANK YOU!

Hi John,
I'm just getting started as regards using the internet to promote my wellness business. I have a number of sites that I use. The idea of directing traffic through split testing is appealing.
Your realistic apprroach in what it takes to build an internet business(momentum), gives me confidence in you. Also your repeated use of the word work. The idea is to, as Paul put it, "to direct one's blows so as to not be striking at the air".
Very much appreciate your over delivery. The extra courses, and especially the conference call.
Haven't received the course yet. Looking forward to your next call.

Hi John,
I have been in the technology hardware business for 10 years and i have just begun to explore the benifits of using the internet(Google Ad Word)for lead generation and sales on my site. In the past it was used purley for information for existing clients. Now that I have your course i have the confidence to market on the internet with these great tools! To say it lightly...i am ready to kick some ass. I do have one question. My company provides a service(asset recovery)more than sells a product. How can i run a split test in this case?

Hello John and to all,
I am very grateful to be a part of this exciting time in internet marketing. I am very new to this arena. I actually started researching and studying in March of this year and finally established one of the free websites-promoting affiliate products in July.
I received my course yesterday and started going through it and it was 5:00am (cst) before I went to bed!
One of the most important things that I have learned so far is that you MUST have your own website, one that YOU can control. I am not knocking the free, replicated sites because for people like me who are just getting started, they can be a way of getting out there, just getting started period. But once you learn a better way, you must move forward by having control of your site, your product, and your life.
Since I am new to this business, I am very excited and feel very blessed that I have the opportunity to learn from the very beginning. I am looking forward to my growth from this day forward.
Thanks John,

I really gained a lot from your call today. I have heard many of these points in the past, but they were never presented to me, if you know what I mean. The way you present your ideals and your willingness to share with others is just unbelievable. Words can't express my gratitude.

Interesting twist - I learned an important lesson from you John.
When you mentioned in the keyword example that you were spending 20 cents per click, but based on your conversion rate, a visitor was only worth 10 cents to you.
- My immediate reaction was: OK: get the keyword cost UNDER 10 cents and you'll make money.
- YOU totally turned that around, and you implied:
OK: now RAISE you visitor value to OVER 20 cents. Meaning, that you should raise the price/value of the product so that the current marketing expense would be profitable.
That was a BIG revelation for me.
Thank you. :-)

I swore I wouldn't pay that much for a course again after buying Mark Joyners' Farewell Package and not using it, no fault of Marks or anyone else of course.
Well as you may guess I DID buy your package, I actually broke after two days or so after reading so much about it at the Warriors forum.
I'll make another post here when I am more qualified to make any comments on it.

(Ohio man to sue internet guru).......seems that Mr. Reeses' shoe was not easily extracted from new students' rear end...
Thanks John,
I was at the first system meeting with Ken in Cincinnati, have heard you on tape, received some of your information on tape and newsletter, and am very happy that you are taking an interest in actually being available to help your clients once the sale has been made.
Believe it or not, I am looking forward to getting several swift kicks in the backside to propel my biz. I won't let you, or me or my family down this time.
let's rock,

John, you're like the Energizer bunny; You keep going and going and going...with overdelivery.
I was ecstatic that you offered the course, then you announced all the unannounced bonuses and now the calls. I loved the part about getting inside your customers' head for everything they buy.
Just wondering. Can real Interbet teachers be canonized? St. John Reese? Why not? Your generosity is worthy of sainthood.

Hi John!
Thanks for an incredible package. I havent gotten past DVD 1 yet. And I am already learning new things.
What I have a bit of trouble with is doing the brainstorming on making those backdoor keywords for my site. Maybe I will get there, but at the moment I am blank.
Another thing that I would like, is the tracking scripts. I really need a tracking script. I get your point there really big. I need it.
I have looked around and there are lots of them.
You have any suggestions?
And maybe you could make a deal with some owners to give out a special price for traffic secret owners?
The same with adwordanalyzer. Taking with them and getting a special deal with them would be great
Thanks again for a great cource, and looking forward to giong over the rest of it

John,
I was oblivious for last 35 years. I woke up from my lethargy the other day. You were giving the teleseminar during lightning storm and I listened to you during a storm. Bad idea.
I am also in Florida. My neighbor's house got hit by lightning-on the right side. 3 houses down, on the left side, another house got hit.
Total 4 houses got hit on same day in my subdivision.
My neighbor was lucky that he and his wife were not killed. The lightning hit in two places, made a huge hole, went through the house and the rain flooded the house. $2200 estimate for new and nice, invisible lighting rods, protecting also cable and phone lines. Tomorrow I'll send you the company my neighbor used-from Jupiter.
One story homes, surrounded by tall palm trees, I didn't think this could happen.
Of course the rain did more damage. 6' by 6' hole
in one place, 3' by 4' in another place.
Tile roof with big holes. A costly repair.
Otherwise the first phone seminar was excellent,
but I didn't like the "zapping part" on your side.
Mother nature can be cruel.Very cruel.

G'day from downunder John,
Just listened to the recording of your first call - it was absolutely sensational! In the immortal word's of Pat Benetar, I'm "all fired up". Having just bought your course - I hope it's fast heading to Australia as I can't wait to use it and quickly achieve a weekly pay rise, week on week, year after year.

I haven't gotten my Course yet...but I'm really anxious to crack open the box...... Last weekend I spent the day at a very well known marketers "appreciation conference". When I heard the "pitch", I told the person sitting next to me that it was a lot of "fluff" and that the only way they could have possibly sold it was to offer personal mentoring included.
I had purchased your course 2 days prior. The day after, I "listened" to your message to "purchasers" and was floored. I knew your course was exceptional & well worth buying.... but the tele conferences, bonuses, and your vast personal experience was an awesome opportunity.
I went to that seminar, but bought your product.... Am I smart or what!
See, you already made me make better decisions!

Hi John,
Your call was a great start to a series of calls I'm looking forward to.
The biggest thing I got out of it was the fact that you are doing these calls. 99% of the people out there, if they would ever be able to make a million in a day, would then sit back, relax, and bask in the glory.
You, on the other hand, see it as an opportunity to create an even closer relationship with so many people who have just purchased your product - most of whom, I'm guessing, have never bought from you before. I'm not discounting the fact that you truely want everyone to succeed, but your drive and quick followup action are two of the strongest points that help put you over the top as a business person. What a great display of the sale not ending with the purchase.
You have set an example that everyone should follow.

John:
I'm a late comer, as I missed the call (your course arrived before noon today and we were going through the first DVD), but downloaded it this evening, and thank you sincerely for risking the storm to complete the call.
To David, I've always been a bit dyslexic (keeping a dictionary handy helps) thanks to creativeness and original thinking, so your question about the "Paperclip" strategy hit home for me.
It's actually the "Pay-Per-Click" strategy, which is how search engines (such as Overture, com) charge for viewer click-throughs to your ads placed through them.
When I mentioned this to my wife, I discovered that suddenly I could no longer say "paperclip" or "pay-per-click" without it coming out all wrong, and had to practice real hard to get them straightened out so my tongue could manage them correctly once again.
This points out the value of the printed materials that accompany John's course, for those like myself who are prone to mishear or creatively interpret what we hear.
Thanks John!

John:
Well I ordered Traffic Secrets within the first 30 minutes it was up however, due to the fact that I live in a very rural area and UPS only comes by here every few days, I won't get the course until tomorrow. Not to worry though because you've worked very hard to keep the momentum going, the anticipation high and the knowledge that you are giving far more than was expected.
I'm so excited about getting the course as well as having an area for feedback and sharing information via your blog. You see, since moving here to the sticks from the big city, it's really tough to find people who understand the internet. Although I love it around here, the people don't try to understand me making a living online and I don't try to understand them making a living by working in the turkey factory.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that your call today was really fantastic. Just what I need to motivate me toward working stronger and better.
Thanks again and God Bless you

Hi John,
Really appreciated your materials on your first call. It provided a lot of insights and many good tips. I am excited and can not wait for you to show us the way to many of these techniques you will be teaching us. I have bought many courses/ebooks that taught me many internet marketing CONCEPTS, they are great, but they do not tell me how I should put the techniques into PRACTICE. I guess what's the lacking in those generic courses and ebooks are the tools and resources which I hope John will provide in his course. To me, tools and resources are more valuable than knowing the techniques.
To all, I'd like to know what business (products or services) that you currently run online that you wish to benefit from John's course. Honestly speaking, I do not have ONE business/website that I try to make it really successful, I have, instead, MANY websites that I try to make successful at once and I know that's a big mistake. I am not a beginner in internet marketing, I can develop my own website, but just don't have my mind set on a service/product that I should really try to promote. John, and all, if my websites are generic and turnkey (ones that flows around in eBay a lot, such as PPC, travel websites, paid to click, etc.), will this course give me the competitive edge? Do I need a solid product or service that I'm selling online to really maximize the benefit from this course?
Thanks!

Hi John,
The one most important thing that John has is
'PASSION'. The conference call really drummed
it into me that to achieve anything in life, you
MUST have a passion for it.
I know what I want to achieve with my business
(service related to ebay) and I am so excited
that I've finally found the right man with the
right credentials who will help me achieve this.
John, if you show us what to do, we'll do it.
From a truly grateful, excited and PASSIONATE
owner of your Traffic Secrets course in the UK.

Nice to know it rains elsewhere, I had a visitor last month I think his name was Shackleton, he has

do it is different, Thanks for the Gee Up.

Hi John
I've only just got the package (I'm in the UK) but have already watched a couple of the DVDs and I'm impressed with the straightforward (almost dry!) way you deliver a message. Too many 'internet gurus' do little more that string you along without giving tangible advice you can use and it's really refreshing to get away from all that waffle!
Thanks also for over delivering and giving the bonuses and free calls. We all know you didn't need to do this.
I hope the thunder and lightening passed!!

Hi John,
Even after completing the first 2 DVD's I can see the course is going to be a great asset for any online business and the call last night was extremely informative.
I want a change of direction from my current online business and have been searching for weeks for something new without success. The only businesses I would want to get involved in are very saturated so I am reluctant to start something so challenging.
I know I am in a minority disliking my current business and looking for change so was not expecting any information in the course on researching new businesses. If you ever do a course on researching new business viability or affiliate marketing etc please let me know.

John,
CD-rom #4 is worth 10 times the cost of the course. The workbook with the tracking sheets is more important than getting an MBA from some high-priced university.
You have given ambitious people their ticket to freedom. Bravo!

Superb call. Questions re affiliates: What kind of site would have 100,000 links, as John mentioned, that are comparable? Or do like URLs matter? I can post others'(large business') links to my site, but why would they want me to post to theirs?
Thanx.

Fantastic Call.. You have always over-delivered.
I'm another Aussie, and I got your product a couple of days ago, already watched the DVD's, awesome content, especially the attendees, who add incredible content or 'nuggets or gold' to your seminar. Already making changes that have increased my CTR/CONV by several percent which until now I would have thought was near impossible. Your a Champion and may God bless you for that.
Looking forward to your next product and live call.

Regarding my message before-lightning and getting
lightning rods, protecting all wires.....
Of course I'll be searching for the best company,
but my neighbor used-
Bonded lightning protection in Jupiter,
phone 561-746-4336
I am definitely calling them, because the damage
from lightning can be huge.....
Of course I have insurance on my house, but it has
$1000 deductible and you need to use $10,000 to fix
the damage first before you can claim on insurance
and getting money from any insurance company it may take forever.

John, great call. I really don't hop on too many conference calls, quite simple because must of them are totally disguised as commercials 'ConferMercials' for something else, and they really do not offer enough value, the good stuff that makes a difference in ones life or business, for the hour or so of my time... But, not yours. You have seperated yourself from the crowd... now run run run.
As someone who has studied human behaviors, values, voice, tonality, and nlp for many years - I can tell you, EVERYONE can hear and feel your committment.
All the best to you and your family.

John, an incredible call.
Some of the most important points, the revelations I got:
- when you lose 10 cents on every 20 cents you invest, it's actually a successful campaign! - a validator thing,
- momentum - it's really important not to expect too much on the beginning, to improve gradually - I'd say, it's the most important, because when we don't see the big results from the very beginning, it won't disappoint us! We'll not lose the trust in ourselves because of it, but 'll just keep working,
- thinking like a detective,
- that great exercise - I get an impression, that it as if gets us out of a tunnel we sit in. Suddenly we see the whole world around us!
- no need to put the builder on the payroll :)
- the affiliate program magic circle - no one ever put this in these words! They all see, it appears, only the first step of the process :)
- the first tests are usually unprofitable -they're still your assets!
- when you're writing your content, it's actually building your assets,
- keywords do not give you everything,
- pay raise every week,
- today is the worst it's gonna be!
I also saw one else important thing - - that you, John, is a very good man. Just a very good man, with big heart and sharp mind and an ability to do things, to overcome the obstacles and come to the big success. You're also a very good teacher.
I agree with people here, you get lifetime customers - actually fans :) - here. Seriously, I think a lot of people on this call will say to themselves: "That's it. I found it. No need to look any further for another gurus. We found the one with which we'll come to our success."
You were talking about looking for a gold mine in the Internet, for that ONE THING that will bring you to your success and that actually it never comes. Well, I'm sure others here will agree with me - we did find that gold mine, in you. Thank you!
About outsourcing, I have an IDEA: it would be great to install kind of outsourcing marketplace for all of us. What is outsourcing for one, will be income for today for someone else. Or bigger than that - I think many of us are big specialists in something particular. So, we may even exchange the job - I mean, "I'll do task #1 (which I do well) for me and you both, and you'll do task #2 (that you do the best) for the both of us."
It could save us an enormous amount of time. And money :) It would give all of us a possibility to leverage what we have - time, knowledge or money.
What do you think?
Again, thank you so much! You're a great guy, we're so lucky to have you.
Olga.
Posted by: Olga | August 26, 2004 02:00 PM
Dear Mr. Reese,
Enjoyed the call. My phone disconnected just before you talked about outsourcing, but I was able to reconnect again.
The slow, steady growth and projecting actions of people by past actions stick with me.
I haven't received any notification as of yet that the package is on the way.
Knowing very little about marketing of any sort, I hope that this will enable me to pull out of a very deep hole I have dug for myself.
Sincerely,
DR Fredrickson

John,
I finally got a chance to listen to your call! I'm looking forward to applying all these techniques to my projects. Can't wait for the next call!
I agree with what you mentioned about sacrificing early profits and learning from those tests to generate more income. I also want to add that I constantly reinvest a part of my profits to find new ways to make more profits. It ties in to what you mentioned about MOMENTUM.

Hock Ng

John:
Thanks. Even though I thought I "knew" a lot of this, somehow, since listening to your first dvd and call, I'm making tremendous progress already. I've got a new plan, it's excellent, and I'm executing it.
btw, your goal setting exercise left me dumbfounded ... I kept thinking, "wow could I really do that?" and wrote down what you told me.
24 hours later, I've got a plan to reach it!
Thanks

Thank you, John, for investing in your customers. That's one of the most valuable lessons we can learn from you, I think.

John,
What can I say... your TS course, and the call last night, are making me think seriously about my immediate future.
I work as a CPA - my "day job"... but I am growing to love internet marketing more and more. And you are a big reason for that.
Without learning all these solid secrets, my business wouldn't be growing at the alarming rate it is today.
Now I'm faced with a big dilemma: quit my day job and work at home full-time... or balance both careers at the same time???
The numbers pencil out right now where I could quit my day job and never look back... but it's a HUGE step for me, since I never really thought this could happen so soon!
I was thinking maybe 5 or 10 years down the road... not 5 or 10 WEEKS!!!
Thanks, John, for sharing so much with us! Don't stop!!!

Hey John,
Good call. Excellent product. I guess. I have not even received a tracking # yet.
I have only one suggestion. Please stress the importance of clear, concise and to the point subject lines when marketing products via email.
In todays spam filled marketplace, most email boxes are bulging with spam.
I overlooked your launch notice for three days due to the "clever" subject line used in my notification. Nothing was even mentioned about your name or the release of your product.
One would th
