Virtual Real Estate -- The Coming Boom!
Write these words down... Virtual Real Estate.
We are about to experience a major explosion during the next 5 years and it will all be centered around Virtual Real Estate -- which is the development of web sites.
There will be many millionaires created from Virtual Real Estate and several MEGA MILLIONAIRES. Mark my words...
Online Advertising has finally rebounded from the Dot Com Bust and it's only going to grow from here on out. The Internet is a fantastic direct marketing medium for generating targeted leads for any market or industry. And these leads (traffic) are only going to become more and more valuable.
There's never been a better time to develop content-rich web sites that can generate tons of traffic. With the popularity of Google's AdSense program (and Yahoo's which should be coming soon) Virtual Real Estate is BACK and poised for major growth.
I say it's "back" because VRE (as I like to call it) was once a fantastic opportunity during the Dot Com gold rush days. I know because it made me a fortune. My company at that time developed web sites for this very purpose -- to generate leads and traffic that could be SOLD.
But once the market crashed when the Dot Com Bubble burst that opportunity faded for awhile. Online ad rates crashed. A site that used to make $5,000/month from serving ads on it was lucky to be making $100/month within 90 days of the crash. It truly was pathetic.
But The "Good Ole" Days Are Coming Back. And They Are Here To Stay.
Well, that is if you're a smart marketer and know what you're doing.
I'll be writing more about "VRE" in the coming weeks and months. It's a very exciting opportunity.
I have dedicated an entire column in my new The Reese Report to discussing VRE every month. (And where money can be made.)
Check out this fantastic article for proof that VRE is a valuable trend waiting to happen.

Virtual Real Estate and business assets, those are poweful concepts of Internet marketing.
My goal this year is to develop 1 new website every month and build my mailing list up.
I am waiting for the first issue of the Reese report for new ideas and trends.

John,
Thanks for the very informative post, gives me something to read and get me EVEN MORE EXCITED about the arrival of The Reese Report. Like Francisco I have a goal to get a few more websites up.
I can't wait to get The Reese Report, I recently got Traffic Secrets and even though I have only implemented 1(so far) out of the many many topics I have already nearly doubled my highest traffic total of previous months and this month isn't even over!

John, I can't wait for my first issue! I am way up in Canada and its minus 33 today, and you're probably sitting by your pool dreaming up new VRE examples!
I am building sites as fast as my numb little fingers can go....thanks for all you do buddy!

I'm also up in Canada and it is indeed *very* cold - but that's actually a FORTUNATE thing for my mailman...!
"Fortunate" in the sense that he's wearing a heavily padded winter coat... which means he's been taking FAR less damage every day when I've run outside to tackle him and yell into his face:
"Is my Reese Report here yet..?! Is my Reese Report here yet..?! Is my Reese Report here yet...?!!"
And I think he's been warning *other* postal carriers about me too, because the FedEx guy simply left my Traffic Secrets bonus DVDs sitting on the front door step and ran off without even ringing my door bell! (that's true!).
I've seen John mentioned the virtual real-estate angle before, and am eagerly awaiting his Report to learn more (and my mailman is eager to have it arrive soon too!). :)

Traffic Secrets was amazing I still have piles of things to go through and implement from it.
Now the Reese Report puts that more more info at my finger tips. The Reese Report also connected the dots on a few things that were unclear from Traffic Secrets.
Looking forward to issue #2

Definitely something to think about and consider, but lead generating ads in newspapers and magazines are still trouncing anything on the internet in terms of sheer numbers AND quality of prospects.
And, it wasn't even a worthy competition before pay-per-click arrived. I guess if you are an company selling internet marketing or internet related products its different...
But, all of my clients that are NOT internet related are making HUGE money offline and it DWARFS the income from the internet...
Maybe all that will change - but we've heard that before, haven't we?

John,
sorry I missed you in Australia. Any chance in coming back? I would love to see you live.
My company films events (www.gtivideo.com) here in Australia & I do internet marketing too.
My main question is what is the best way to get incoming links?
Article submission?
Manual submission?
Outsource?
Warm Regards,

VRE is such a great business to run at the moment, however I firmly believe that google asense ads are not the best way of using it.
In my experience, in most (not all) instances, affiliate programs (if you can find the good ones!) pay out more than google adsense will pay you.
Check out www.haircutadvice.com for an example of one of my VRE sites which does very well from being an affiliate of Stellure.

Mark

Virtual Real Estate is here to stay and it is becomming a land grab. The dot comes have given way to companies such as HomeGain, Inman, 4MySales, House Values and Total Agent as they compete to provide services to the every growing real estate agent market.

Before I'd really heard anything about Virtual Real Estate, I dabbled in Google Adsense kind of as a hobby. I mostly just added a view lines of code to a couple blogs and hoped people would click on the ads. Then I realized the potential and stopped dilly-dallying around. I grabbed the bull by the horn, so to speak, and started creating content-filled niche sites that were Google-friendly. Within a couple days, I went from making about $0.05 a day to $20.00+ a day. And it just keeps going up from there. I've put all my other projects on hold to focus on getting a ton of sites up that will bring in thousands of extra bucks a month from Adsense and other such programs. Oh, and John, I just wanted to say thanks for sharing your latest VRE video with me. Seeing your results instilled even more enthusiasm for the potential of Virtual Real Estate. So, thank you, and I'll see you at the top.

Virtual Real Estate is definitely the next big internet gold rush. I missed the dot com fury, but am thankful to be around in time for VRE. The potential is HUGE!
